Key Performance Indicators
Total Safety Reports (TSR)
Total number of incidents reported in the selected period.
Calculation: Count of all incidents in date range
Critical Incidents
Number of high/critical severity incidents.
Calculation: Incidents with severity = 'high' or 'critical'
Open Actions
Number of action items not yet completed.
Statuses: 'open', 'in_progress'
Overdue Actions
Number of actions past their due date.
Calculation: Actions with due_date < today and status != 'done'
Checklist Compliance
Percentage of checklist submissions with score ≥ 80%.
Calculation: (compliant_submissions / total_submissions) * 100
