Shift Management allows you to schedule and manage worker shifts, track hours, and analyze shift performance.

Features

Creating Shift Templates

1. Navigate to Admin → Shift Management → Templates
2. Click Create Template
3. Configure:
   • Template name
   • Shift duration
   • Start/end times
   • Break times
   • Recurrence pattern
4. Save template

Scheduling Shifts

1. Navigate to Admin → Shift Management → Schedule
2. Select date range
3. Assign workers to shifts
4. Use templates for quick scheduling
5. Save schedule

Shift Status

Shifts can have the following statuses:

• Scheduled: Shift is planned
• Active: Shift is currently in progress
• Completed: Shift has ended
• Cancelled: Shift was cancelled

Analytics

View shift analytics:

• Total hours worked

• Worker availability
• Performance metrics
